Important Upcoming Dates for Huntington West Homeowners
- Thursday, April 1 – nominations for 2021-2022 HWHOA Board Officers open
- Thursday, April 15 – nominations close and ballots printed/mailed to members
- Saturday, May 1 – Association fees due
- Saturday, May 1 – graduation banners may be posted at entrance: prior location approval required – contact Steve Carbin (president@hwhoa.org)
- Monday, May 3 – ballots for HOA officers due back to Heritage - voting closes at 8 am
- Saturday, May 15 – TENTATIVE Pool Opening Day
- Thursday, May 13 – Association fees must be posted as paid for key card activation on Pool Opening Day
- Saturday, May 15 – Association fees considered late Thursday, May 20 – Mill Creek graduation (subject to change)
- Monday, May 31 – Memorial Day holiday
- Thursday, June 3 – TENTATIVE Annual HOA Membership Meeting, 7 pm (location TBA based on current COVID restrictions in place)
HW HOA is nearing completion on its tennis court remodel. EverLines Coatings and Sealings fixed the sinkhole, added drainage gravel, and updated the fence and poles.
HW HOA pool season May 16 through September 14 2026. Summer swimming fun. Review pool rules on website for resident safety. Enjoy the pool this summer and stay safe.
HW HOA reviewing quotes for tennis court remodel. New asphalt base surface paint fencing updates nets benches and equipment. Project completion targeted end of 2026.
HOA meeting rescheduled mold issue fire station. New date being determined. Residents notified via mail email and Facebook with updated meeting information details.
HW HOA remodeling entrance with Legendary Landscaping. New landscaping irrigation system refresh. Improves curb appeal privacy and creates better first impression.
The annual meeting of the membership will be held at the pool parking lot on Thursday, May 9th, at 6:30 pm. Please see the attached 1st notice of the meeting.
Huntington West is blessed with many generous homeowners willing to help a neighbor in need, even a neighbor they have never met. Our Board would like to thank a trio of neighbors who stepped up to help a single mom who needed repairs to her picket fence. Many thanks to retiree Dave Lawson for volunteering to replace over 50 broken pickets on the fence.
The official results of the recent election for Board officers of the Huntington West Homeowners Association are: A total of 72 ballots were returned and validated. Some ballots did not include votes for every office.
Heritage has received a number of reports of ballots that have still not arrived in the mail. Our Account Manager Pam Smith today sent a ballot to all homeowners who have registered an email address with Heritage. Pool Opening and Mill Creek Graduation
