The HW HOA Board is currently working with Legendary Landscaping on plans to remodel both sides of the neighborhood entrance. The project is intended to refresh this important first impression with new bushes, flower beds, and trees that will add beauty, improve privacy, and help make the entrance to our community appealing again.

In addition to the updated landscaping, the area is expected to include a new irrigation system designed to help keep the new plantings healthy and thriving throughout the seasons. This investment reflects the Board’s ongoing commitment to maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our neighborhood for residents and visitors alike.



At this time, plans are still being finalized, and no agreement has been completed yet. Once the Board has worked out the details and reached a final deal, we will share another update with the rest of the community.
