2021 HUNTINGTON WEST FALL FESTIVAL
Games - Cake Walk - Bounce House - Prizes - Costume Contest - Food

Location: Tennis Courts
It’s that time of year when communities get together and celebrate! The HW Fall Festival is a day when our neighborhood can enjoy getting to know each other and spend time with family. We need volunteers to make it all happen. We are asking for volunteers to choose an hour or two to help make this event a success.
Time Slots: Set up 12:00-1:00pm
1:00-2:00pm
2:00-3:00pm
3:00-4:00pm
4:00-5:00pm
Clean up 5:00 - 6:00pm
Volunteers can help with games, the bounce house, the popcorn booth, or arts and crafts. We nare also looking for someone to face paint.
Items needed: baked goods for cake walk, a few pop up tents
New This Year:
Business card table…to promote neighbor’s local businesses(drop off your business cards) Craft/Goods booths: we are inviting neighbors to bring their crafts/goods to sell at the festival. Cornhole tournament: Friendly games of cornhole between neighbors.
