All persons using the swimming pool must take a shower before entering the pool.

Any person having infections or communicable diseases is prohibited from using the pool. Persons having open blisters, cuts, etc. are advised not to use the pool. Spitting, spouting water, blowing the nose, or discharging bodily waste in the pool is strictly prohibited.

Babies and potty training children must wear the appropriate "swim diapers” while in the pool. No diapers allowed in the pool area. All diaper changes are to be done in the bathroom and not poolside. Dirty diapers must be disposed of in large, enclosed trashcans outside – not in the restroom.

No food, drinks, or inappropriate swimwear will be allowed in the water. Food must be disposed of in large, enclosed trashcans outside – not in the restroom trashcans.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE POOL ENCLOSURE – SMOKERS MUST LEAVE THE GATED AREA TO SMOKE AND DISPOSE OF CIGARETTE BUTTS PROPERLY.

Glass of any kind is not allowed inside the pool enclosure.
Dogs or other animals are not allowed inside the pool enclosure.

Chewing gum, horseplay, running, diving, excessive noise, or profanity will not be tolerated within the pool enclosure, including the restrooms. Keep restroom doors closed at all times.

The Huntington West Homeowners Association reserves the right to refuse admittance to or eject from the pool premises any person(s) failing to comply with of the above health and safety regulations.
